Carmine D-Services, Unipessoal, Lda. carries out credit intermediation activities on an exclusive basis and has a binding agreement with Santander Consumer Finance S.A. - Branch in Portugal, with registered office at Rua das Cabanas, no. 1, lot 2 – Office A, 4700-048, Braga, registered with the Commercial Registry Office of Lisbon under the single registration and tax identification number 980 719 950, registered with Banco de Portugal under number 73 and subject to its supervision, as information available for consultation on the Banco de Portugal website athttps://www.bportugal.pt/entidadeautorizada/santander-consumer-finance-sa-sucursal-em-portugal-0.

Carmine D-Services, Unipessoal, Lda. grants credit on behalf of the credit institution with which it maintains a binding agreement and is authorised to provide credit intermediation services in relation to consumer credit agreements.

Credit Intermediation Services:

Within the scope of its activities as a credit intermediary, Carmine D-Services, Unipessoal, Lda. is authorised to provide the following credit intermediation services:

  • Presenting or proposing credit agreements to consumers;

Civil Liability Insurance:

The civil liability for Carmine D-Services, Unipessoal, Lda.'s credit intermediation activities is covered by insurance policy number 2539115, entered into with Hiscox, S.A. - Branch in Portugal, valid from 4 October 2024 until 8 October 2025.

Service Costs and Remuneration:

Carmine D-Services, Unipessoal, Lda. is prohibited from receiving or delivering any amounts related to the formation, execution and early fulfilment of credit agreements, under the terms of article 46 of Decree-Law no. 81-C/2017.

The Credit Intermediation services provided by Carmine D-Services, Unipessoal, Lda. are free of charge for its customers.
